DEPEW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Cheektowaga man is accused of driving drunk while speeding and talking on his mobile phone.

Forty-five-year-old Rickey Mullar is facing a judge Wednesday, over the July 25th incident. Mullar was allegedly driving on Transit Road and Zurbick Avenue, in Depew, when he was stopped. Mullar allegedly had a BAC of .12 percent.

Mullar has two prior convictions for Felony Driving While Intoxicated. If convicted, Mullar faces a maximum prison sentence of two years and four months to seven years.
