Driver allegedly crashes, leaves scene

WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man is facing DWI charges, after his vehicle went off the highway and into a ditch on Blackhouse Road in the Town of Warsaw. State Police say 30-year-old Adam N. Rowley left the crash scene on foot, and was located a short time alter.
Police say he is charged with DWI, failure to reduce speed for hazardous conditions, Moving from Lane Unsafely, Non transparent window tint and refusal to take a breath pre-screen were also issued.
