FILLMORE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 28-year-old driver is accused of falling asleep and driving into a parked pick-up truck.
The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office says Christopher Frazier, of Fillmore, was traveling north on Main Street Monday evening, when he fell asleep and drove on the shoulder of the roadway. Frazier's vehicle allegedly hit the parked vehicle, that pushed into another parked vehicle.
There were no reported injuries at the scene. Frazier is charged with moving from a lane unsafely. He is scheduled to be in a Town of Pike Court at a later date.
