CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say they stopped a driver on Main Street in Clarence, late Tuesday night.
Around 10:50 p.m. police stopped 44-year-old Thomas P. Tillery for failure to keep right. Police say he failed field sobriety tests and had an alleged blood alcohol content of .20 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
Police say he was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
