CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A vehicle spotted behind a closed business in Cheektowaga led to a DWI arrest.
State troopers saw the vehicle on Genesee Street at 2:35 a.m. on Thursday and stopped the driver, 24-year-old Yesenia Flores of Depew. Police say she was intoxicated, and after taking her to the barracks, say Flores had a .18 percent BAC.
Flores is charged with aggravated DWI and will appear in court later this month.
