GOWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Gowanda woman is facing a felony charge after being pulled over for inadequate headlamps and failure to keep right.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says 51-year-old Julie Lay was stopped on Friday night, and allegedly had a .18 percent blood alcohol content. Her alleged BAC was more than twice the legal limit, and she is now charged with felony DWI, Aggravated DWI over .18 %.
She was processed and released, and is scheduled to appear in Perrysburg Court at a later date.
