HOLLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Holland man is facing charges after his vehicle crashed at an exit ramp of the Route 400 Expressway Tuesday evening. State Police say Cole D. Kruszka was impaired by drugs when his vehicle slid off the bottom of the ramp, across Maple Road and into guardrails.
Police say Kuszka told them he had taken Saboxone during the day before the crash. Police say he doesn’t have a prescription for the drug. Police say they administered field sobriety tests and a drug recognition evaluation. Police determined Kruszka was impaired by a drug and he was arrested for driving while ability impaired- drugs.
Kuszka was issued tickets and is due in Town of Elma Court in April.
