BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - There was an overnight police chase in Buffalo, that ended on Amherst Street around 12:30 a.m. At least one person was hand cuffed and placed in a state trooper’s cruiser.

According to State Police, the chaotic scene kicked off when a driver refused to pull over for a routine traffic stop.
