COVINGTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Lodi, New York man is facing charges after he lost control of his vehicle and exited the roadway into a ditch. State Police say 52-year-old Lewis C. Carvalho was on ST-19 in the Town of Covington last month when his vehicle crashed.

Police say Carvalho submitted a breath test that allegedly revealed a BAC of .11 percent. Police charged Xarvalho with DWI, speed not reasonable and prudent, and moving from lane unsafely.
