DAYTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - In Dayton around 1:30 a.m. in Saturday, State Police say they arrested a man with a BAC over three times the legal limit.
Troopers say Kristopher Kilby, 23, of Perrysburg was driving on Rt. 62 in the town of Dayton early Saturday morning when he lost control of his car and struck a guardrail, disabling his vehicle. When troopers arrived on scene, they say they found Kilby was drunk and placed him under arrest.
Kilby's BAC was reportedly .26 percent. He was released to a family member and will appear in court next month.
