HOLLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - An alleged drunk driver ran off a roadway and into a ditch late Thursday night, according to the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office. Police say 27-year-old Jeremy J. Hodge, of Holley, failed to negotiate a curve while traveling west on 4th Section Road.

Hodge is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and unsafe lane change. He is due in Town of Clarendon Court in mid December.
