BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - While on patrol, Erie County Sheriff's Deputies stopped a vehicle around 9 p.m. Saturday night for traffic infractions.
The driver, 23-year-old Ernest Ramoslopez of Grote St. in Buffalo almost struck a patrol vehicle after passing through an intersection without stopping at a stop sign.
Sheriff's noticed Ramoslopez was intoxicated and gave him a chemical breath test. He showed a reading of .11% BAC.
He had 14 suspensions on his driver's license.
The driver was arrested and charged with Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, DWI, and numerous traffic infractions. He was taken to the ECHC and held on $500 bail.
