FARMERSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man asleep in a running car on Route 16 was arrested for DWI, according to NYS troopers.
State Police responded to Farmersville at 6:17 a.m. last Thursday and say they found 23-year-old Brandon Lancaster behind the wheel of the car partially in the roadway. After waking Lancaster up, troopers determined he was drunk and unlicensed and placed him under arrest.
Lancaster's BAC was allegedly .15 percent. Police charged him with DWI and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is due back in court on December 4.
