ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Attica Police say a 20-year-old man was charged with harassment and menacing after a road rage incident. Police say Joseph Edel, of Attica, was rear ended by another motorist around 2 p.m. on Saturday.
According to police, Edel exited his vehicle and approached the other driver with a wooden stick identified as an axe handle. Police say there was a short verbal confrontation before Edel returned to his vehicle and waited for law enforcement.
The other driver was charged with following too closely.
