SINCLAIRVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies arrested a drunk driver they say went off the road, hit a tree, continued through a lawn and came to a rest against a parked car on Maple Street in the Village of Sinclairville.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the scene Sunday night around 6:30 p.m. and say they found 22-year-old Mary Miller was intoxicated. She has been charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, and moving from her lawn unsafely.

The Ashville woman will appear in court at a later date.
