MINA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Findley Lake man was arrested Saturday after being involved in a motor vehicle incident in the Town of Mina.

Gary Rafaloski, 58, crashed into the Findley Lake Market building shortly before 3 p.m. Following an investigation by police, he was arrested and charged for DWI, and other traffic violations.

After he was processed, he was released and is due to appear in the Town of Mina Court at a later date.
