ELMA, N.Y .(WIVB) - Early Sunday morning at around 3:20a.m. State Police Troopers Barry and Turnball stopped the vehicle of 44-year-old Michael J Ford from East Aurora.

Ford was driving 70 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was given sobriety tests in which he failed and was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated.

He was then processed at SP Elma where he recorded a BAC of .16%.

Ford was charged with DWI and was also issued tickets returnable to the Town of Elma Court on October 25, 2012.
