CLYMER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Clymer woman was arrested on Sunday and now faces a number of charges after she struck a vehicle head on.
32-year-old Laura M. Graves was driving with her 2 children under the age of 15 years old, when crossed the center line on the roadway on Rt. 474 near Bakerink Rd.
After investigation, Graves was taken into custody and processed for driving while intoxicated . She was issued tickets and then released to a family member.
The operator of the other vehicle involved in the crash was taken to Corry Hospital by an ambulance where they were treated and released.
Graves will answer the charges of: DWI, Having a BAC of .08% or more , Aggravated DWI Leandra's law, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree and Failure to keep right at a later date in the Town of Clymer.
