STOCKTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - An elderly man is accused of sexually abusing two young girls in Chautauqua County.

Seventy-eight-year-old Samuel L. Hoard allegedly sexually abused two eight year old girls. After an investigation between several county departments, he was arrested on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

Hoard was arrested at his home without incident. He was arraigned and committed to Chautauqua County Jail on $15,000 case of $30,000 property bond.
