CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A report of a vehicle driving erratically on Transit Road in Clarence led to a man being charged with drug possession.
Troopers responded to the area around 6:40 p.m. on Monday and found the vehicle at a NOCO gas station on Transit Road. State Police say the driver, 25-year-old Matthew Murray of Getzville, had a pipe containing a small amount of marijuana, a 1/4 strip of suboxone and 4.5 pills of clonazepam.
Murray was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and controlled substance not in an original container.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Town of Clarence Court next month.
