HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former Outback Steakhouse employee is admitting to a terrifying robbery at the Hamburg restaurant , that happened back in September.
Twenty-six-year-old Denivorie Jackson, of Lackawanna, pleaded guilty as charged, to six counts of second-degree robbery.
Jackson admitted that he, along with three others, committed the robbery. Jackson admitted that they displayed what appeared to be a firearm and left victims tied up in the restaurant, while fleeing in a stolen car.
Willie Martin and Jason Brooks, both of Lackawanna, pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted robbery
and in September they will face a maximum prison sentence of seven years. Joseph Tucker, of Buffalo, is scheduled for trial in late September.
Jackson faces a maximum prison sentence of 15 years, when he is sentenced in September.
