BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Former Buffalo Sabre Matthew Barnaby has been charged with DWI.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office pulled over the 38 year old ESPN analyst early Monday morning after they say he was driving without a front tire on Dana Marie Parkway in Clarence.
The Sheriff's Office says he failed several field sobriety tests, refused a breath test and he was charged with DWI.
His license has been suspended and he'll have to return to Town of Clarence Court.
Last May, Barnaby was charged in a domestic incident with his estranged wife. In his sentence , Barnaby was ordered to perform 500 hours of community service and undergo counseling , if he cooperates the charges could be dropped
