HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Rochester woman accused of threatening to kill the President of the United States faced a judge for a bail hearing on Tuesday.
Instead, a judged ordered a mental competency evaluation for 36-year-old Christine Wright-Darrisaw. Investigators say she threatened to kill President Obama during a phone call to the White House last month, apparently angry over a child custody issue. Special agents arrested her in Henrietta.
If convicted, she faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
