FBI seeks fugitive on drug charges

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Authorities are looking for a man wanted on drug conspiracy charges who is considered dangerous.
Kevin Emmons is a black male, 5'11" and weighs 225 pounds. The 28-year-old has a large build, black hair and brown eyes. The FBI is looking for this fugitive, and if you have information that leads to his arrest, you could be entitled to a $1,000 reward.
