BENNINGTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police have arrested a convicted felon they say was in possession of 10 rifles and shotguns. The arrest happened earlier this month.

Mark Willard, 39, of Bennington is charged with criminal possession of a weapon. Willard is banned from possession weapons because he is on probation for a DWI conviction.

He was arraigned and sent to the Wyoming County Jail.
