STAFFORD, NY (WIVB) - A Genesee County woman is facing felony charges for allegedly filing for food stamps while failing to report her husband’s wages.

Stacy Patterson, 25, of Stafford is charged with grand larceny and four counts of filing a false instrument.

She reportedly received more than $6,000 in benefits between October 2010 and October 2011.
