BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man was arrested Friday after he allegedly choked and struck a female.
The incident happened at his home on Olmstead Ave. in Delevan. The investigation revealed 32-year-old Steven Sullivan prevented the female victim was using the phone for help.
He was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Mischief 4th (prevents emergency call), Menacing 3rd, and attempted Assault 3rd.
Sullivan was arraigned in the Town of Yorkshire Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on bail where he was held as a result of his parole of the aforementioned charges.
