Five allowed sale of alcohol to minor

FORESTVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Five people were arrested in Chautauqua County by State Police on Saturday for allegedly selling alcohol to minors.
The underage driving initiative targeted six establishments. Of the six, only the Kwik Fill in Cassadaga was found to be in compliance. At the other businesses, five people were arrested when they failed to properly ID a minor attempting to buy an alcoholic beverage."
