BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former Buffalo Bill charged with drunk driving stood before a judge Friday morning. Ruben Brown was in Hamburg Court.

Last month, Brown was involved in a crash on Abbott Road. According to police, Brown rear ended another car. He wasn’t injured. The other driver sustained minor injuries.

The former Bills guard was arrested after he refused to submit to a breath test. He was charged with DWI, following too closely and speeding.
