PERRYSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - Fourteen Tonawanda residents are accused of trespassing early Sunday morning at the former hospital for the WNY Office of Disability Development, about five miles from Gowanda in Cattaraugus County.

State Police say a tip call lead them to the Perrysburg water reservoir, where a resident said there were footprints and tire tracks from an unauthorized vehicle. State Police were investigating at 2 a.m. Sunday, when they found two unoccupied vehicles and then a third vehicle showed up.

Police say they interviewed four people inside the car, and then determined the identities of ten other people who were allegedly on the property illegally.

State Police arrested 14 Tonawanda residents for trespassing, 18-year-old Ryan D. Smith, 18-year-old Albert G. Butzer, 18-year-old Christina M. Ogorchock, 19-year-old Chelsea M. Simmance, 19-year-old Michael J. Giuga, 19-year-old Stephen R. Linderman, 19-year-old Joseph M. Schneider, 19-year-old John T. Schwab, 20-year-old Brandon P. Smith and five teenagers under the age of 18. They are due in Town of Perrysburg Court in March.
