BROCTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Fredonia woman was arrested just before 11p.m. Friday night after she was stopped for not using a turn signal.
During the traffic stop in the Village of Brocton, deputies saw an open can of Coors Light in the center console of Loren Johnson's, 26, vehicle.
They also found that her Nebraska License was expired as well as revoked.
Further investigation led to Johnson's arrest for DWI. She was charged with Failure to use a turn signal, Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Driver, DWI & having a BAC of .08% or more.
Johnson will appear in court at a later date.
