Friendship man rolls over pickup truck

LYNDON, N.Y. (WIVB) - Troopers responded to a rollover accident around 3 p.m. January 1st in the Town of Lyndon.
Jon W. Law, 39, of Friendship, N.Y lost control of his vehicle while driving on Rawson Rd. and rolled over his pickup truck.
It was determined that the driver was intoxicated at the time of the accident.
Law was arrested for DWI making it his second one within the past 10 years. His BAC was .26%
In addition to the charge of aggravated DWI (felony), Law was charged with vehicle and traffic law violations relating to the rollover crash.
Law is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lyndon Court next month.
