JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - An argument at a McDonald's restaurant on the southern tier resulted in the arrest of a man wanted in Pennsylvania.
Troopers responded to the fast food chain in Jamestown on Tuesday after management called to say an altercation was taking place inside between customers. When police responded, they found five individuals inside, including a man who identified himself as 19-year-old Jonathan Larson of Erie, PA. All five were asked to leave the business.
Once outside, troopers say "Larson" got into an argument with an 18-year-old woman in which he was shouting profanities at her. Troopers took him into custody for disorderly conduct, and that is when they discovered "Larson" is actually 22-year-old Justin Kaliszewski of Erie, PA, who is a fugitive wanted for burglary.
Kaliszewski was re-arrested once his true identity was discovered and additionally charged with second degree criminal impersonation and second degree obstructing governmental administration. Millcreek Township Police were advised he was arrested, and they asked he be extradited to PA to face charges of second degree burglary.
Kaliszewski was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail. He is due in court late next month.
