ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man police say was going 25 miles over the speed limit has also been charged with DWI.

State Police say they pulled over 44-year-old Michael Ford of East Aurora at 3:20 a.m. Sunday morning for going 70 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on Jamison Road in the Town of Elma. Troopers determined he was intoxicated and say Ford's BAC was .16 percent.

Ford was arrested and will appear in court later this month.
