BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man has been charged with shooting and killing a teenager. The Erie County District Attorney's Office says that 25-year-old Demario Smith was indicted by a grand jury for second-degree murder.
The DA's office said that on May 19 of last year, Smith shot 19-year-old Shaquille R. Woods on 360 Massachusetts Avenue.
If found guilty of this crime Smith could receive a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
