Grandson of ex-Seneca pres. sentenced

OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) - The grandson of the former president of the Seneca Nation of Indians has run out of second chances with the law.
A judge sentenced Barry Snyder, III to one to three years behind bars on Monday. He pleaded guilty to felony DWI. He's had several run-ins with the law, accused of drunk driving.
