BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Batavia woman who's accused of attacking an elderly Wal Mart greeter is due back in court Monday.

Jacquetta Simmons, 26, is accused of punching the 70-year-old greeter in the eye Christmas Eve after she was asked to show her receipt.

She's one of the first people being prosecuted under New York's "Granny Law" that stiffens punishments for attacks on seniors.
