POLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) - A group of teens are in trouble with the law after deputies say they pulled over the car full of young people and found alcohol inside.
While on patrol in the Town of Poland, Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies found a car impeding traffic on Route 394 around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday. Deputies say a 15-year-old male was behind the wheel and five other teens were in the car. The driver and a 15-year-old girl were turned over to family members, but four others are facing charges.
Tyler Griffin, 18; Ryan Brown, 18; and Vicki Ciszkowski, 16; all of Randolph, and Brent Robbins, 19, of Kennedy have all been cited for unlawful possession of alcohol and ticketed for possessing open containers of alcohol inside a vehicle. Brown was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

All four were released and will appear in Poland Town Court at a later date.
