ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Hamburg man was arrested for having a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit.
Erie County Sheriff’s deputies said authorities saw 46-year-old Vincent Blasio driving on Transit Road in Elma late Thursday night.
Authorities pulled Blasio over when they noticed he was unable to drive on the right side of the road.
They said test results show Blasio’s blood alcohol level was at .16 percent.
Blasio was arrested for DWI and will return to the Town of Elma court at a later date.
