PERRY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Troopers say they stopped a driver for leaving her high beams on and speeding and found she was intoxicated.
Around 11 p.m. on Thursday, State Police say a vehicle with a Georgia registration passed a trooper on East Lake Road in Perry going in the opposite direction. Police say the driver of the vehicle was speeding and she left the high beams on. The trooper turned around and pulled over Kimberly Packman of Savannah, GA.
Police say Ms. Packman was intoxicated with a BAC of .15 percent. She is facing DWI charges and is due in court later this month.
