Man shot dead while holding baby

BUFFALO, N.Y (WIVB) - Buffalo Police homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at a home on 230 Person Street around midnight, Friday September 7.

Detectives say a suspect or suspects fired shots while inside the home, striking the victim. The male victim who is believed to be in his late 20’s was declared dead at the scene.

Cops confirm the victim was killed with a baby in his arms while asleep on the couch. He was set up by two females. One fled the scene with the killers, and one just disappeared and left her car at the scene.
