RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WIVB) - Monday, a southern tier hunter is expected in court, to stand trial.
Fifty-nine-year-old William Squire is accused of firing the rifle shot that pierced a school bus packed with kids in Randolph last November.
Even though it's being considered an accident and no one was hurt, Squire is still charged with criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.
