Husband, wife admit stealing from PTO

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - A husband and wife each pleaded guilty to stealing from the Orchard Park Middle School Parent Teacher Organization’s bank account, between February and May. Together, they allegedly stole $29,532 and have made full restitution.

The Erie County District Attorney’s office says 52-year-old Elizabeth Losardo and 45-year-old Daniel Losardo pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny. Elizabeth Losardo was treasurer of the PTO at the time.

They both face a maximum prison sentence of four years, when they are sentenced in March.
