CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Clarence husband and wife are both facing charges after New York State Police say they violated an order of protection. Police say David and Robin Finsterbach violated the order of protection that keeps David from being inside a residence while Robin’s teenage daughter is also in the home.
On Monday, police responded to the home and Robin Finsterbach allowed troopers to check the residence. Police found David Finsterbach in an upstairs bedroom and arrested him for second-degree criminal contempt. Robin Finsterbach had been ordered not to allow him into the home, so she was also arrested for second-degree criminal contempt.
They were arraigned in Town of Clarence Court. Robin Finsterbach was released after posting bail, her husband was taken to the Erie County Holding Center on $500 bail.
