REDHOUSE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies say they had no trouble pulling over a drunk driver. They say his vehicle was straddling a guardrail and he was asleep at the wheel.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies found 32-year-old Christopher Haun of Bradford, PA in a drunken state Saturday just before 7 a.m. in his vehicle on I-86 in the Town of Redhouse. Authorities say Haun was driving on a suspended NYS license.
On top of DWI, deputies charged Haun with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to maintain lane and unsafe tire.
