BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Jury selection is set to begin Monday, in the trial of a man accused of shooting at state troopers . Richard Vangorden is facing attempted murder charges.

He is accused of using a semi-automatic rifle to shoot at two state troopers during a high-speed chase last year.

The case crossed state and county lines before ending in Wellsville. Acting on a tip, New York State Police surrounded a trailer where Vangorden and another suspect were believed to be hiding at the Level Acres trailer park.
