PORTVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two juveniles are being charged with arson after a fire in Portville damaged the former Portville Forrest Products building on Whitehouse Road last month.
Fire officials say the blaze broke out October 16 and investigators determined it had been intentionally set. Flames caused an estimated $10,000 damage to the building and equipment.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies charged two juveniles Wednesday with third degree arson and second degree criminal mischief, both felonies. Their names are being withheld because of their age.
