GERRY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A killer has been sentenced again in a homicide case stretching back 11 years.
A judge sentenced 41-year-old Gregory Pattison 25 years to life in prison on Wednesday. He pleaded guilty to reduced charges of manslaughter for the shooting deaths of Richard Aliciea and Johnny Houston. They were gunned down in the Town of Gerry back in 2001.
Pattison's original murder conviction was overturned on a technicality.
