DARIEN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo woman is facing Leandra’s Law charges after an incident in the Darien Lake parking lot.
Around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, 45-year-old Janet Brady was stopped by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office after being directed not to enter the lot. Officials say she was intoxicated and had her five-year-old son in the vehicle.
Brady is charged with Aggravated DWI- Leandra’s Law- Child in Vehicle, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Driving with .08 or more BAC, DWI and No Child Restraint Back Seat.
Brady is expected to appear in Darien Court later this month.
