Local Walmart receives bomb threat

ALBION, NY (WIVB) - New York State Police are investigating a bomb threat at the Walmart in Albion.

Police report that someone called in the threat shortly after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.

This is the third bomb threat that Walmart has received this month, say police.

If the same person is found to be behind all three threats, charges could be severe.

The store was not evacuated and no bomb was found.
